I was apprehensive about jumping on the scale. I had my birthday week and plenty of good food, but I stayed true to my calorie in take and planned out my meals. For the first time ever… I feel like I’m in control.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
