I've got to stop having cheat weekends with hubby (and his skinny butt). I have so much trouble with self control and will power when carbs are included.
I guess getting back to daily exercise would help too. The 45 minutes three time a week just keeps me even. Maybe this will be the weekend I can get the bike for daily rides. My knees will be happier.
