really kickin ass this week! eating religiously almost every 1.5 - 2 with healthy foods. Im not even focusing on too much low calorie foods, just general healthy and high in nutrients, but somehow ive kept it under 200 almost every day. i really want to be consuming about 2200 every day though, so ill be adding something new to my routine (probably almonds with my lowest calorie snacks/meals)
