I had no choice second cup of coffee for the day! Things are hard with work and it is making me feel down on myself. I keep telling myself that I have had multiple sclerosis for 23 years and still working full-time. That in itself should make me feel strong. I have been in a wheelchair full time for 17 years and unable to stand for 10 years. That is only one of the challenges I face every day.I am strong! I feel determined but when things happen I just want to order a burger and fries!
199.8 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
