Well, the scale is going in the wrong direction. It’s nothing I ate…just what the body wants to do I guess. Hmmm, I have had thoughts of baking … and have been reading recipes.

Anyone's weight would go up and down. Mine does it by 2-5lbs.

Thanks Morgan! I’ve had a couple of increases but usually stay the same if I don’t lose. I’ve been dropping at least a coupe/three tenths but not this week. Thanks again!
