After four weeks of strength training, three times a week, one hour sessions; I think I'm starting to build muscle,hence the weight gain. I feel very motivated so let's keep her lit!
122.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
