Massive inflammation drop. I’m glad my infusion helped. So frustrating not eating many calories, but I’m limited mobility wise. I can’t walk far, but I’m walking! I’ll take it. 💜
200.8 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
