DARN!!! Up .6lbs this week!!! Not too bad considering I started at 266.6lbs. and now at 252.6 after 5 weeks. I admit, I had a hard week. Lack of proper planning and just plan ole undisciplined. I will get myself back on plan completely this week. My goal is at least 5lbs. I CAN DO THIS!!!!
