Upping the number of workouts per week is certainly working for me. Onwards and "downwards". Happy Friday everybody, keep striving for your goals. Just remember that being successful does not mean being perfect 😁💪🏾
152.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
