Thanks trytrytryagainagain. It doesn't feel like it sometimes. Moving from 1600 to 1800 calories a day as been harder than I thought it would be. I've been eating set meals and weights of ingredients for over a year so I'm full before adding more calories. Its a nice problem to have though😀👍
