i'm getting back on it~!!!!!! even though i had cereals and brown rice today, i felt good about it b/c i'm slowing cutting carbs out for another 2 wks... i want to make it a life style and not just a SB diet. i want to be able to enjoy stuff i like (junk food.. hahaha) but still live a healthy and fit life! starting today for 2 weeks means... i can have carbs on the plane and the alaska cruise. i'm getting ready mentally to not eat too much on the cruise!
b: cereals no milk (hahaha) 300 l: (not enough, maid cooked too little) homecooked chinese... 200 snack: cooked more: 200 d: ate at taisuco, pork, kimchi, tofu & egg, a little of everyone's food 500
some rice were mixed in with my food while i ate some brown rice during lunch
total: 1200!!! woo~~~~
