Back down we go, going to pick it up again the weekend and then start again on Monday as I have been doing for the last month. Started hot yoga as another form of excersize and I really love it! If you don't love intense excersize a whole ton and the thought of doing a squat makes you want to die, like me. Really recommend!!
154.1 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.7 lb a week
