pampered chef pumpkin mousse... mmmmm
1 (15oz) can pumpkin
2 cups thawed cool whip (you can use light or fatfree also)
1 teaspoon Pantry Cinnamon Plus (I use regular cinnamon and cardamom)
1 cheesecake pudding mix

Mix all ingredients together and chill.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
