Cannot believe the difference with a 40-pound weight loss. I had over 150 to lose, so this is definitely a marathon, but I physically feel so much better already. I was barely able to walk due to debilitating back pain which has mostly resolved. My knees also feel much better. A couple of weeks ago I worked my walking up to a full block and hope to continue progressing my distance as I slowly lose weight. I took about two years to gain all this weight, so I hope to lose it in about the same amount of time. The weight came off very quickly at first, but now has slowed to 1-2 pounds a week, which is perfect. I have set my first goal at 220 and will go from there once that is met. I cannot imagine losing 150 pounds all at once, so smaller goals work for me. Hope all in the FS community have a great "hump" day! Thank you for the kind words of support. It really does make a difference!
