I feel like such a fatty! I don't know what it is, but I started feeling like crap yesterday after I got home from work. I started work this week, and I started going to the gym this week. Yesterday was my rest day, so I thought I would feel better, but I was just upset over whatever. I tried to get back on track this week, but I admit it's been really hard. I weighed in at 133.2 on Wednesday, so I went up a little. Hopefully I get fully back on track this weekend. ):
