I am really happy🥰 I didn't gain and even lost a tiny bit(-0,1 kg) of my weight but.... I know why it went like it went and I will definitely do better this week 🥑🍅🥝🍋🍎🥦🍆 !

A meal from last week. Konjac root rice with fried chicken breast, mushrooms and onion. Fresh salad with olives, Fage Greek Yoghurt(0% fat) and a pickled gherkin. Total 356 kcal.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
