Now, I wasn't expecting that as this was the week I ate calories for maintenance for 59kg (1965 kcal) very pleased with this result. Basically this is the new me and my new maintenance intake is 1700 calories to maintain 54kg. Great way of ending my week.
121.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1633 kcal Fat: 50.34g | Prot: 89.94g | Carb: 223.19g.   Breakfast: Flahavan's Irish Porridge Oats,  Bananas . Lunch: Asda Chicken & Vegetable Broth Soup. Dinner:  Poultry Gravy,  Roasted Potato, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten),  Medjool Dates , By Sainsbury's Anchovy Stuffed Olives,  Cherry Tomatoes, Asda Growers Selection Watercress Spinach & Rocket Salad. Snacks/Other:  Medjool Dates ,  Gala Apples,  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Kallo Organic Lightly Salted Wholegrain Low Fat Rice Cakes, Asda Dry Cured Honey Roast Ham Thick Slices,  Avocados ,  Bananas , Tesco Seedless Black Grapes,  Coconut ,  Dried Mango,  Almonds . more...
