Definitely my muscle growing, I have watched enough Secret Eater episodes to keep my feet on the grown and I have kept track of every single thing I eat including cooking oils so not worried. :-)
129.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
