After a 23 hour fast, visits to gym & health suite everything is going to plan..... although eating once a day I thought would be hard but it’s not as bad as I thought. But every week I do mess up the cycle to keep my body alert !! Stops it getting complacent
170.6 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
