Looks like a slight increase this week. I was disciplined 5 out of 7 days. Still need to grind as I hope to drop another 5-7lbs by the end of the year. Stay encouraged FS family 💪🏽
167.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
