It's getting frustrating ! I've weighed the same last 3 weeks. I weighed Wed and was only .2 away from last Fri weigh in . Was hoping I had loss a little more than .2 but I guess it's still better than a gain. It's def going to change next Fri but not for the better. 🤣 We're having our family Thanksgiving this Sun. I'm hoping it will boost my metabolism.
