Opps little hiccup but had a great week with my grandchildren and was hard this week to but onwards and upward I’ll start again Monday.Have a good weekend guys 🤗
248.9 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
