I have never been commited to my weight lose as I have been this last month, and it truly is showing...I am not a water drinker but with the challengs that has changed...I am loving my ice water and then I enjoy 1 diet caffiene free pop a day and it taste so much better. I look forward to my exercise anyway I can get it in...Don't give up out there, keep working hard for your goal weight and health...if it is worth it we will achieve it...
