Had grandchildren here for week not stuck to diet couple family matters to deal with buts very little loss at least it wasn’t a gain .Hope all FS friends are well have a good week 👍😁
253.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
