So including the exercise in my routine made me extremely irritable (this was after 3 weeks, wherein such time I shouldn't have been irritable any longer) and also made it very difficult to gauge how many WW points I should eat. On the one hand, two hour workouts definitely make one hungry, but on the other WW has some "4 points max" rule and I was exercising, according my slider, somewhere between 6 and 13 points a day.
All this said, while I look and feel fantastic, I'm still 20 lbs away from my goal and I intend to get there. This all seems to be a wrench in the works, so I'm staying active but holding off on major exercise until I'm at a maintenance weight.
Also, I think my scale is bunk. It's digital and gets "stuck" on weights. Like I will weigh myself holding something that's at least a pound and it'll register the same. I pulled my old analog scale out of the attic and it seems more sensitive to change and also, delightfully, consistently reads a pound or two lighter! Anyone have any recommendations on a scale that isn't a doctor's scale? I think I might need to invest.
