I am going to start counting the macros. I am new at it so that being said I am going to learn how to count them.
I may make some mistakes at first but will try to correct them with help from the nutritionist and my supporters on FS.
I talked to my son and he wants to help me by teaching me what he knows and we will shop together as much as possiable to get the good foods we both need for our goals.
