2.5 hrs sleep! Hard to measure weight loss with little to no sleep! Last day of Protocol w/o HCG. Feeling kinda tired; but happy!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
