I consider this a big drop. I am a slow and steady type of girl. I am now down 25 pounds since starting this journey on Dec. 24th, 2018. I am happy with my WOE and think this is a plan I will be able to stick with ongoing and into maintenance.
I see the doctor this month and I am pretty sure I will be getting labs done. I am praying that my A1c will have dropped. For the first time in my life, I was pre-diabetic last time labs were drawn. I have lost 10-15 pounds since last lab work and my sweet consumption is way down, so who knows.
I started this journey to save my life. I decided to have children later in life and I want to be there for them and for the big moments in their lives. I am dedicated and resolved to following this plan until my goals are met.
