My 3 Day Diet with 2 Days off inbetween is going well. I like the foods; I like not having to make choices for 3 days; I'm happy I've lost during this first 3 days. With it would be a bit more, but hey at least I'm losing which at 60 yrs. of age, ain't easy!! Here's to continued success-hang in there "me". :)
183.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 October 2012:
1365 kcal Fat: 45.73g | Prot: 58.88g | Carb: 183.64g.   Breakfast: 94% fat free microwave popcorn, banana, EAS whey protein shake. Lunch: ice cream, Cheese bread, chicken tortilla soup, greek salad. Dinner: dinner roll,  asian chicken stir fry, mixed fruit. Snacks/Other: 94% fat free microwave popcorn, Fiber One Brownie, nilla wafers. more...
