The scales had been up 2lbs on the 13th but I was not able to record it. It stayed up until this morning when I dropped those 2 and an additional 3rd lb. This, I think, shows how retaining water affects me. (although yesterday I peed so much that I couldn't walk all the way home as I couldn't stay out of the washroom that long). Work is so hectic right now finding it difficult to get my exercise in however have the long weekend coming up. I will have a lot of catch up to do for work and also housework but will definitely get some exercise in.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
