Ok, have not logged in for a bit as I am having problems with my wireless router. Sat, my daughter & her husband took us out for dinner. I ate very light during the day but then enjoyed myself at night. I debated about the dessert but hadn't lost all week & I thought if I have been good & not lost weight, then I might as well enjoy myself so I had the Brownie Mountain. When I got on the scales on Sun, I had lost 1.8 lb. I kicked myself because I knew Sat night would be reflected on the scales today but they weren't. I really tried to watch what I ate yesterday and did a bit of exercise. I am planning on walking home tonight as long as it does not rain so this will kick start my exercise for the week. As well I have asked Henry to find my weights so I can get back to using them. Also dusted off an exercise video that I had never opened & had Henry fix the VCR so that I can use it. Will only use it when Henry is not around so he won't laugh. I have also been measuring myself once a week and it is going down. Not by leaps & bounds but it is going down which is what I want.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
