weight stayed the same however my feet are a little swollen. I forgot my meds yesterday so that may be part of it however I did not go up. I am not able to get any exercise in before I head off to work. I will definitely need to do some tonight. falling behind on some of my work though so that is taking extra time. Need to remember to take time for me (even if it is to exercise which I don't like doing.
218.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
