Well!!! Spent most of the day in the ER yesterday. Won't be able to continue my Liver Cleanse as planned. Do start the "Grateful" Challenge today, so my first mini goal will be to find constructive ways to incorporate all those beets (bleh) and carrots into food for the next week. White Blood Cell Count is low again, as is my Potassium so at least the Broth I'd made for the Cleanse should help with that. Happy HMPH Day!
