Right now I need to really start committing Im starting to notice that I eat when Im not hungry or when Im bored. To stop that or at least help is either eat when Im not hungry and start eating stuff that is one point and fills you up for example apples. I feel tomorrow will be much better then I have been doing for the past couple of months. I hope everything will work out!
