My meals consist mostly of broccoli/cauliflower mash with butter/avocado oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Also, cheese omelette with butter on top (sometimes do sautéed onions, mushroom, and asparagus for inside omelette.). Lastly, a big salad. Either with ACV/oil dressing or cheese/egg/ranch. Seeing new non-scale victories too. Yay!
