Well first off, The summer challenge was very difficult for the first week. I t got easier. Now when I eat fried foods such as french fries, I get sick to my tummy because I'm not used to it anymore. I will keep this going for while.
It was really hard to do this challenge at first because I work at a fast food restaurant. But now I can clear my mind of what food is at my job. I eat grilled chicken instead of crispy, and I eat a fruit salad instead of fries. And I drink iced coffee or powerade instead of soda. It works. Trust me it does. I got one of my friends to join me and she loves it too. We also keep a food journal so we know if we cheated our selves or not.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
