I was not expecting this. I ate almost an entire bag of malted milk balls (damn Easter Bunny) and drank like a sailor on Saturday. It will come back to bite me in the butt later this week. For now I will enjoy this loss!
We have friends coming to stay for the weekend and I'm expecting that we will be eating out and drinking a lot. I will do my best to plan ahead on meals and hopefully not drink to much.

Fast for the evening? I did that for one group outing, and only one person noticed. Also, I check menus online to see if they serve anything I can eat.

That weight loss was lst on the conveyor belt the snd to come down will be the Easter bunny snacks! hahaha
