Maintenance
At my upper limit for maintenance but size wise I'm fine. Still size 8 to10. I've been having more carbs lately, as in mainly bread, but I am still exercising by walking. Gaining muscle and toning at present. Will keep an eye on things.
Been back to the doctor this week too and she was amazed how toned I was given the weight I've lost. That was Tuesday this week and I was 65.9 kg then. Had full bloods done. With the huge weight loss she's concerned about iron levels etc. Wait and see.
Remember, the scales are just a number, don't let them mess with your head. Regardless of how good you are, your weight will go up and down, even on maintenance.
I look good, and feel great, so onwards and downwards we go. 😊
