Lately I haven't been sticking with my diet. But my mentality on this Counting Calories diet is... It will be a life long project. If I get off of it I will get back on it the next meal. I have been on many different diets through my whole life but I realize I never stuck with them. That is why I've gained more weight than I've ever been. This time I want it to be different. My daughter is also counting calories. It works for us.
