Day 330 Update. My news is I have not been dieting for a few months and just eating normally, I may have put on a few kilos since my lowest weight but I still fit in all my new clothes. I am sure that most of that is muscle as I have been running around twenty miles a week for the last three months and also joined a gym for the winter. My running times and general fitness levels are improving quite quickly which is very rewarding indeed. In the next few days I will log five million steps on my fit bit that I started using at the end of March this year. I am training for a half marathon in April. This morning before christmas dinner I am completing a 5K park run in Oxford -Thats how keen I am.
