I don't know what I am doing wrong!! I'm going to keep trying. And I will not give up ")

Can I suggest you use FS to the full and that might help. Your diet calendar is pretty empty! Try to accurately fill in your calorie intake and exercise each day and maintain a good differential, burning more than you eat. Make sure you exercise above and beyond your normal routine and eat healthy foods. If you do record this you will be amazed how many calories you can eat in a day without realizing it. Weight loss without diet control won't work. Weight loss without exercise won't work. Do both and you will not only be fitter and healthier but you WILL lose weight - guaranteed.
