Alhamdulillah.. baju lama lambat laun bisa kepake lagi, ,. tetap fokus.. walau tadi makan setengah nasi goreng gpp kan abis lari 2,5 jam😊😊😊😊😊... semangat semangat semangat...!!!!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
