Hey guys! I'm back after a long while. I need some help, I'm looking to lose a good bit of weight and tone up my arms, legs, and butt. The catch, I'm having engagement photos taken some time in October of this year so I want to work on this for the next few months. How should I go about this? Also, my face is rounder but I feel like right around my jawline and chin it could be more defined, how do I tackle that as well. Anyway, missed you all and plan on being on here again.
