I am very pleased with a nice little drop from yesterday - All is back on track
Todays target intake is around 2200-2500 calories and hopefully I will manage a run this evening.
I have not fully finished the fencing and gates that I was doing yesterday. But the gates are mounted to the walls and all is looking good. Just a small but tricky length of fencing, fittings and preservative coat on a small part to complete.

Well done. You plan, you stick with it and it does come right in the end, irrespective of the odd small blip. I admire your determination and if your fencing is anything like your boxes I'll be admiring that too!!
