One freakin pound, I am hungry and my stomach hurts!!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would suggest you add some veggies to your day. Have a dill pickel with your lunch, a chicken salad instead of just chicken, also try a handful of dry roasted peanuts or walnuts (walnuts are better) or a tablespoon of NATURAL peanut butter... you will stop feeling hungy if you add some high protein snacks like nuts instead of fudgesicle :) Of course a sugar free fudgesicle is good too! just doesn't help with hunger as much as a mozzarella cheese stick or nuts. Try not to let yourself get 'starving'. It's so very important to keep your metabolism going by having a small handful of nuts, a cup of tea, celery with humus or tuna fish, etc. something... to keep from becoming starved. It's really key for me. I will engulf an entire plateful of whatever is in front of me if I don't snack. If I do, I will only eat about 1/2 of what I used to. I have lost over 2 inches around my waist, and it's been about a month since I've measured! Drink lots of water, but find some good tasting teas and add a bit of sweetener to get ya through. It really will help. :) Good luck!
