Body has settled down after diet change for hospital procedure. Lost over a kilo this week. I'm happy with that given four days about a week ago where my weight was stationary and even going up before that. Only 8 kilos until my next target. Since I started my BMI has come down over 10 points, my waist is now well under the 100cm and edging closer to the ideal 88cm. Fitting some size 12's now and smaller size 14's. So happy with my progress. This way of life is a keeper. For me anyway.
