Ok, so good news from the doctor visit = I lost a couple of pounds since last month. Bad news(maybe) is that they took xrays today but no one wants to tell me if it's all ok, *I suppose it must be. I mean, I fell over a month ago, so if there were bones broken in my wrist, chances are they're healing or already healed up and the pain is...I dunno. Strain I guess.

Work is going well, although I keep having to deal with people who are very unpleasant (I don't see why they have to be that way, you know?) but I love my coworkers 2 of them are geriatric and the other 2 are barely 19 so it's a funny mix.

Today was my first day running the store on my own for my shift. I knew the boss was worried about this (the day actually went better than I expected) because he called to check up on me, and stuff.

Well, anyway. that's the state of things at the moment. I'm wishing it were the end of March already so my husband would be home --I miss him a lot. Oh well these are things we have to deal with when family is long distance.
224.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

All sounds like its going good! Well done taking a shift on your own!!!! I know that feeling of missing your hubby thats so hard. HANG IN THERE!

Hang tight you can do this. I know you can do this. A loss is a loss. I also stress eat and it's hard but it's a one day at time. I found a weight watchers group on Facebook that helps me
