It's a beautiful sunny day here in NC. The temperature's have been in the mid 30's the last two nights with frost on the roofs each morning and, as with today...60's during the day. At least it's not snow or REALLY cold.
I'm down a bit more today and this makes me happy...as long as there's no gain. I'm now back into routine of eating and not snacking and of journaling what I eat. I had pretty munch stopped after the removal of all ten of my toenails the end of July when I was forced to recline in my recliner with the feet propped up for the first month...Whew!
Anyway, everyone have a blessed day.
