Yay! Down to my pre-holiday weight!
It's nice to know that getting back to a happy place really helps. I know what my body needs and wants now. In order for me to lose pounds and inches I have to do cardio 5X or more a week, and add in some yoga for flexibility and some strength for tone 3X a week. I have to watch what I eat - mostly remembering to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up, spreading my eating evenly through the day and not pigging out on junk in the evening while reading or watching movies.
I guess it really is the simple little things...
Today is laundry, painting, upper body, cardio and yoga, in no particular order.
