DOWN 4 POUNDS! Most likely water weight! But it is still 4 pounds.. Now if I can just figure out a way to add exercise! I typically can lose weight very easy but I gain it back very easy too!!! Yep that "yo yo" affect!! I wanted to wait 2 weeks to weigh so that I did not get discouraged if the scale was not moving but my co-loser already weighed so I had to! So this week my goal is to add the exercise and try to get my carb count down a little.. My body reacts very strongly to carbs and sugar.. But I am not typically a sweets eater but oh the bread and pasta will so get the best of me!!!
